I have tried many beauty salons in Dunstable before I chanced upon Beauty by Kate. I was immediately impressed by the warm, friendly welcome I received there. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and time is taken to explain anything you need to know, before you make any decisions at all. I have been visiting Beauty by Kate for the past siz years and can highly recommend the treatments offered. I regularly have a variety of treatments that include waxing, pedicures, reflexology, hot stone and normal massages and facials. All the treatments have always been professionally carried out and I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Kate, her staff and the environment are always warm and welcoming and you never feel anything is too much trouble. I have been a client of Kate's for well over a year now and find the service to be one of the most professional I have ever received. I have used many beauticians over the years, with Beauty by Kate being by far the best. Kate's friendly manner and care for her clients goes beyond her call of duty, for example, I constantly receive comments on how beautiful my nails look and that's all down to Kate's hard work. Other treatments I have include waxing, Hopi ear candles. Once you have tried her you will be hooked just like me.
I love my bio sculpture nails. They look fabulous and last ages. They help to grow my natural nails with no damage to them at all. There was no filing or glue used at all. Every three weeks I have them re-done and couldn't leave without them. The colour doesn't chip so there is no need to worry about polishing them. It saves me lots of time and they always look great. I had different colours each time, sometimes with nail art. Very impressed with them. No more acrylics, fumes, drilling or damaging my nails. Bio sculpture gel is very safe and natural. I love it!
I would like to thank Kate for all the treatments I had in the run up to my wedding in August 2008. She helped me relax through her friendliness and put me at ease in her calm, peaceful treatment surroundings. Beauty by Kate is fab - the salon is very stylish and professional and the prices are reasonable too! They have lots of special offers each month. I am always pleased with the result of treatments and impressed with their aftercare, advice and warming relaxing atmosphere. I love my chats with all the beauticians workin there. All of them are very friendly and great company. I would highly recommend visiting this haven for a truly relaxing experience.
I love the stone massages, I felt like being in heaven, having relaxing music in the background and the scent from the candles, whilst had warm stones gently moving around my back. Wonderful experience. No pain, no discomfort and all tension was gone within half an hour. My back and shoulders felt so relaxed for a long time after. Now I have them on monthly for relaxation and destress. As a busy working mum it is very hard to find time for yourself. However in the relaxing atmosphere of Kate's salon, iot was very easy to forget that anyone other than I existed.
I am quite a shy person and don't really like going to beauty salons for my treatments. At Beauty by Kate I have found my treatments to be calming and relaxing. The lovely background music helps you to forget about the outside world. Kate is very professional, friendly, taking the time to listen to your individual needs. I am now a regular customer and would never change back to any other salons.
